For coaches · Session workflow
How a set-up session runs.
One session, four parts: talk through how your client's brain works, spot the patterns costing them the most, set Humble up live and leave with a plan already in their system. Around 45 to 60 minutes, same length as a standard coaching call.
The session, step by step
Guided conversation · ~15 mins
Attention patterns, energy rhythms and capture habits — what's worked for your client and what hasn't.
Pattern identification · ~10 mins
Name the two or three things costing them the most, so the set-up solves the right problem first.
Live set-up · ~25 mins
Calendar connected, notes imported, task system configured for their patterns — built together, not demoed.
Plan entered
Next steps go straight into their Humble system, so it's waiting for them tomorrow, not left in a notebook.
What each of you sees
There's no separate "coach view" and "client view" to learn — it's one timeline, the same one your client already uses in Humble. They decide, item by item, what's shared with you and can revoke it any time. Here's a worked example of a client's day.
Worked example, not live product screenshots — your client's real timeline and sharing controls look like this but with their own items.

How long does a Humble set-up session take?
Around 45 to 60 minutes for the live set-up, similar in length to a standard coaching session.
Do I run the session or does the client run it themselves?
Either. Some coaches drive the set-up screen-share style, others talk the client through it while they do the clicking — both work, since the steps are the same.
What if the client wants to change something after the session?
They can, any time, on their own — Humble isn't locked to the configuration from the first session.
