For coaches
A shared workspace for ADHD coaching.
Humble gives your client one place for tasks, notes and follow-through — and lets them share as much of it with you as they choose. You see what matters between sessions, co-plan without a screen-share, and pick up where the last call left off.
What the shared workspace covers
Tasks and commitments
Whatever your client commits to in a session lands directly in their system, not a notebook that doesn't make it home.
Shared notes
Session notes and action points live where your client already looks, not in a separate document they have to remember to open.
Progress between calls
See what's moved since the last session, so you can start the next one from where things actually are, not where you last talked about.
One shared timeline, not a separate portal to check. See a full worked example on the session workflow page.
Co-planning, not homework
The set-up happens with your client, not to them. A first session configures their system live — calendar connected, notes imported, tasks set up for how they actually work — so nothing is left as a link to click later. Full session format on our session workflow page.
Can I see what my client is doing in Humble between sessions?
Only what they choose to share. Your client controls what's shared with you and can revoke it at any time — nothing is visible by default.
Do I need to be a Humble user myself to co-plan with a client?
Yes, a free account is enough to view and comment on shared items — you don't need a paid plan to support a client's workspace.
Does this replace my coaching notes system?
No. Humble is your client's organising system, not your practice-management tool. It sits alongside whatever you already use to run your coaching business.
